Guidelines for access card holders

Section 22D of the Workplace Health and Safety Act 1995 requires the Director of Industry Safety to publish guidelines on the qualifications, experience, or training, that is appropriate for a person who may exercise the powers under this Part of an OHS Access Card holder. These guidelines also must address how the Director intends to assess whether an applicant has such knowledge, qualifications, experience or training.
