Occupational Licensing (Electrical Work) Determination 2009 DD001
Objects of this Determination are for the purposes of issuing licences to practitioners for electrical work under the Occupational Licensing Act 2005.
(a) electrical work is divided into classes as provided by this Determination; and
(b) applicants for licences must show evidence of competence, and comply with other requirements, as provided by this Determination.
This determination is for the purposes of classifying electrical work and defective electrical work under the Occupational Licensing (Electrical Work) Regulations 2008
Occupational Licensing (Time Limit to Apply for a Licence) Determination 2008 DD003
For the purposes of section 36(4) of the Occupational Licensing Act 2005, the time limit to apply for a licence, at the completion of an approved course of training, is one calendar month.

Occupational Licensing (Approved Courses of Training for Plumbing Work) Determination 2010 DD015
Approved courses of training to be issued a plumbing practitioner licence under sections 22 and 25 of the Occupational Licensing Act 2005.
