Occupational Licensing Act 2005

The Occupational Licensing Act 2005 provides a uniform licensing framework for the electrical, gasfitting and plumbing, occupations. It commenced on 19 January 2009. The legislation and it's relevant documentation can be found under headings below.

Regulations and other documents have been developed for electrical occupations (see links below). Regulations for plumbing and gasfitting occupations are still to be commenced.
