How to apply to register an item of plant

You must submit

• A completed PRF4 Application for Item Registration of Plant form (you must complete a separate form for each item of plant requiring item registration)
• A current certificate of inspection issued by a registered plant inspector
• Payment of the prescribed registration fee

Item registration only needs to be made once, there is no annual registration fee.

The application can be submitted at any Service Tasmania shop.
