Inspection Frequencies

The interval of inspections of hazardous plant as per Schedule 7 is determined by

(i) an approved code of practice, where one exists; or

(ii) the manufacturer of the registered plant, if a code of practice does not exist; or

(iii) the Director, if there is conflict or other advice is not available.
