Applying to register a plant design

You must submit the following

• a completed PRF1 application for Registration of Plant Design form
• a signed verification statement
• a PRF2 Design Compliance Statement if the designer or design verifier is not Tasmanian based
• representational drawings of the plant design provided
• a statement of limitation of use
• payment of the prescribed design registration fee

You can submit your application to any Service Tasmania shop.
