6. Renewal of Your Licence

You are required to renew your Licence to Perform High Risk Work every five years. You will be sent a renewal notice to your last known postal address.

Change of Personal Details

You are required to notify us of the changes of circumstance in writing within 14 days if:

  • Your residential/postal address details change; or
  • You change your name (you must provide proof of your change of name to Workplace Standards Tasmania); or
  • You become incapable to competently perform the high risk work due to physical or mental incapacity or any other reason; or
  • Your licence is cancelled or suspended by another Authority.

Workplace Standards Tasmania does not process over the counter payments at their Rosny, Launceston, or Burnie offices.
