Refresher Training for re-elected Employee Safety Representatives

A two day refresher course is an option for Employee Safety Representatives (ESR) that have been re-elected to their appointment and service to that appointment is continuous rather than completing the full four day training.

This is not available if the ESR is newly appointed, has not completed the four day training or the ESR has had a break in service.

The two day course is similar to the four day course but is condensed to review the course requirements and discuss workplace scenarios.
