Reporting of loss, theft, attempted theft and discrepancies ammonium nitrate
a) Such incidents must be reported to the regulatory authority in each jurisdiction, as well as to the police in each jurisdiction.
b) The police will be responsible for reporting these types of incidents, as well as discoveries of abandoned or illegally held ammonium nitrate to the Australian Bomb Data Centre, which will maintain a national data base of such incidents.
