Blasting explosives, safety cartridges or propellant powder

This applies to explosives, safety cartridges and propellant powders. Explosives may only be sold to persons with a current Shot-firers Permit or a person who possesses a 'licence to keep'.

This licence is mandated under the Dangerous Goods Act 1998.
