The Helpline is the contact point for all telephone, facsimile and email enquiries to Workplace Standards Tasmania. The Helpline Inspectors provide advice and information on the legislation administered and campaigns undertaken by the division.
Where enquiries require further research or attention an efficient and effective referral service is instigated.
In conjunction with Promotions all publications are maintained, collated and distributed by the Helpline.
