Dangerous Goods vehicle licensing

The Dangerous Goods (Road and Rail Transport) Regulations 2010 (the Regulations) regulates the transport of dangerous goods. Under these Regulations, road vehicles transporting dangerous goods require a dangerous goods vehicle licence.
