Bulk vehicle licensing

The Dangerous Goods (Road and Rail Transport) Regulations 1998 (the Regulations) regulates the transport of dangerous goods. Under these Regulations, road vehicles transporting dangerous goods in bulk require a bulk vehicle licence.
