Storage of dangerous goods should be in accordance with the Dangerous Goods Act 1998, Dangerous Goods (General) Regulations 1998 and Dangerous Goods (Road and Rail Transport) Regulations 1998. This legislation prescribes as a reference the ADG Code (6th edition of the Australian Code for the Transport of Dangerous Goods by Road and Rail) published by the Commonwealth.
However, goods are not dangerous goods if they are determined under paragraph 1.18(b) not to be dangerous goods.
