List of concrete, glass fibre reinforced and plastic (Polyolefin) septic tank products

A list of authorised concrete, glass fibre reinforced and plastic (polyolefin) septic tank products authorised in accordance with clause G1.4.4 of the Tasmanian Plumbing Code.

List of miscellaneous authorised products

A list of manufacturers of miscellaneous products authorised by the Minister of the Department of Justice as deemed-to-satisfy the performance requirements of Clause GP1 of the Tasmanian Plumbing Code for use in plumbing installations in Tasmania.

Notes:

Plumbing and drainage products must not be installed in a plumbing installation within Tasmania unless they have been Authorised under Part G1 of the Tasmanian Plumbing Code.

Authorised means a plumbing product is authorised for use in a plumbing installation in Tasmania if it has been authorised by the Minister or by the WaterMark Certification Scheme set up by the National Plumbing Regulators Forum (NPRF) under the Plumbing Code of Australia (PCA).

Where *Interim Authorisation has been granted by the Minister it has been done so to enable a limited number products to be installed and to permit the testing of the product for verification of their compliance against the performance requirements of the relevant parts of the Tasmanian Plumbing Code. In these cases most Authorisations have been granted with conditions therefore, all authorised products must be installed and used in accordance those conditions.
