All plumbing or drainage installation within Tasmania must be constructed in a proper and workmanlike manner to achieve the required level of performance, using materials that are not faulty or unsuitable for the purpose for which they are intended and authorised plumbing products or accredited plumbing systems.
To keep Local Government, Statutory Authorities, Engineers, Designers and the Plumbing Industry informed on developments, and to assist in the clarification and interpretation of parts of the Act, the Plumbing Regulations, and the Tasmanian Plumbing Code.
