Lodging your application

Tasmanian applicants

Applicants are required to lodge their application together with support documentation and pay the licence fee (listed on application) at any Service Tasmania shop. The CSO (Client Service Officer) will verify that you are the person listed on the application by confirming your evidence of identity and will take your photograph. (Unless you are applying for a replacement photo ID card).

Interstate applicants

Applicants who reside interstate please forward your application together with supporting documentation and payment of licence fee (listed on application) via cheque or credit card to

NOTE

1. Applicants who are applying for Restricted Electrical Work/Provisional/Certifier Licence, please refer to separate information sheets.
2. The licence, if granted, will not enable you to work as a contractor (self-employed) or enter into contracts to perform prescribed work.
