Overseas Model RA201 LPG Regulator and Hose Assembly

Safety issue:
A LPG regulator and hose assembly commonly used on outdoor gas appliances such as barbeques, patio heaters etc. If purchased between 1 December 2003 and 31 December 2004. Potential for regulator to separate under pressure.
