Class 3: a building providing accommodation for unrelated people
Class 5: professional chambers or suites, lawyers’ offices, government offices, accountants offices
Class 6: a building where goods or services are directly sold to the public (i.e. service station, restaurant, shops)
Class 7: car park, warehouse or building used for the display of goods or produce for sale by wholesale
Class 8: factories, laboratories, buildings used for altering or repairing, potteries, food manufacturers (except restaurants, which are *class 6) or buildings used for the packing of produce
Class 9: healthcare buildings, assembly buildings (i.e. theatres, halls, schools, child minding centres, sports complex or bus and railway stations, day-care surgeries)
Class 10: non-habitable building
