Gas fitting notice

The Gas fitting notice is a multi-purpose form developed in accordance with the Gas Act 2000 and Gas (Safety) Regulations 2002. A gas fitting notice must be completed for ALL Natural Gas, Prescribed Standard and Complex LP Gas Installations.

The Gas fitting Notice is for a:

Standard Gas Installation - Requiring a Certificate of Compliance; or
An Installation that is not a Standards Gas Installation (Installations marked by an asterix (*) on the Gas fitting Notice) - Requiring an Application for Acceptance and Statement of Compliance.

Gas fitting notice books can be purchased from any Workplace Standards Tasmania office or by mail order. Cost $28 plus postage if applicable. See contact details below.
