Product information:
All Windsor caravan and pop tops built between 1 May 2007 and 10 November 2008. The date of the manufacture is stamped on the VIN plate located on the chassis of the van.

Safety issue:
High risk of explosion or suffocation due to the possibility in some circumstances of gas escaping from some fittings.

Consumer action:
It is recommended that consumers cease using any gas in their van/pop top until inspected and tested by a Licensed Gas fitter. The licensed gas fitter will need to contact Windsor Caravans Customer Service on 03 9930 4900 to obtain a copy of the instructions of the tests to be undertaken. The cost of the inspection is covered under your warranty.
