Safety issue:
The above series of cook tops have not been fitted with flame failure devices. If the units have been installed above a cupboard space, the flame may be vacuum extinguished, if the cupboard doors are opened or closed swiftly.

Consumer action:
If you have purchased any of these appliances within the last 6 months, please contact the ILVE Service Dept Directly on (02) 8569 4600 option #2, so that they can arrange for a service technician to rectify the problem.
