The following must accompany the application form

1. A copy of your Restricted Electrical Work licence course results as issued to you by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), such as TAFE.

2. Evidence that you meet the ‘demonstrated need’ as outlined in the Guide. This shall typically take the form of testimonials and qualifications verifying your declared vocation or trade. Previous experience in this category for which you seek to be licensed, shall amount to nominally four years.

3. Application and licence fee as listed on electrical practitioner’s licence application form.
