Lost Electrical Licences - How to Get a Replacement Card:

If you have lost or had your licence card stolen you are required to inform Workplace Standards Tasmania.

For a replacement copy you will need to complete a Statutory Declaration form, stating reason for replacement and forward payment of $19.95 with the form to Workplace Standards Tasmania using the postoffice box address details below.
