Electrical Contractor's Service & Installation Guide

Welcome to the Electrical Contractor's Service and Installation Guide. This document, together with your Australian Standards, should tell you everything you need to know to operate as an Electrical Contractor in Tasmania. It should also be useful for consultants, architects and others in the building industry.

This is a 'living' document, which means that we expect it to change from time to time due to changes in work practices, materials, standards and so on. It's up to you to keep abreast of any changes (refer to version number on page footer). We will continue to forward Bulletins to Electrical Contractors and other parties which will advise any additions or alterations to the guide, along with other useful news and information to assist you.
