State Service Principles

You are responsible for ensuring that the standards of behaviour and conduct specified in the State Service Principles and Code of Conduct are adopted and adhered to.

The State Service Principles and the Code of Conduct are contained in the State Service Act 2000. The State Service Commissioner has also issued Commissioner’s Directions in relation to the Principles and Code of Conduct.
